When you use our contact form or reach out via WhatsApp, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, procedure of interest, and any message content. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, general location, device type) through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

Third-party services
This site uses Google Analytics for traffic analysis and a Google Apps Script endpoint to process contact form submissions. These services have their own privacy practices governing data they process on our behalf.
Your choices
You can decline to submit the contact form and instead reach us via WhatsApp or email if you prefer not to share information through the site directly. To request deletion of information you've previously submitted, contact us at the email below.

Provider introductions and compensation
Some providers participating in the ColombiaMedical network may pay for introductions, lead delivery, or network participation. A commercial relationship does not mean a provider is endorsed, medically appropriate for you, or guaranteed to accept your case. When a patient form includes explicit provider-sharing consent, we may share the minimum information needed with up to 3 relevant providers so they can respond. General contact messages are not automatically shared as patient referrals.
